Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, and shaped by his formative years in Atlanta, Georgia, Brad brings a laid-back yet tenacious approach to his practice.

A veteran of the United States Army Military Police Corps, Brad served with distinction on a Special Reaction Hostage Rescue Team. After his military service, he graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas and earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles in 1994.

Brad began his career as Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs for a leading international security company before launching his full-time legal practice in 1995. He founded a successful medium-sized law firm in Los Angeles, excelling in business law, entertainment and sports law, family law, mediation, construction defects, HOA law, and personal injury.

Seeking a deeper connection with his clients, Brad moved to Temecula in 2003. He continues to dominate in entertainment and sports law, representing industry giants like O’Neal Motocross for over 29 years, as well as numerous athletes and musicians. In addition to his work in sports and entertainment, Brad maintains a thriving business law practice, representing a diverse array of companies, including restaurants, bars, contractors, furniture stores, financial advisors, and developers.
