Founder Brad Jefferson Landon began his legal career in Los Angeles in 1995, quickly building a successful medium-sized firm with five attorneys. Despite the firm’s growth and success, Brad realized something critical was missing—the intimate client relationships that drew him to law in the first place. In 2003, he made the intentional decision to leave the hustle of Los Angeles and establish a boutique practice in Temecula, where he could focus on what matters most: giving each client the time, attention, and expertise they deserve.
Brad brings over 30 plus years of legal experience across multiple practice areas, but his background goes far beyond the courtroom. A veteran of the United States Army Military Police Corps, Brad served with distinction on a Special Reaction Hostage Rescue Team, where he learned the values of discipline, strategy, and staying calm under pressure—traits that serve his clients well in high-stakes legal matters.
After his military service, Brad graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas and earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles in 1994. Before launching his full-time legal practice, Brad served as Director of Human Resources and Legal Affairs for a leading international security company, giving him unique insight into business operations and employment matters that most attorneys simply don’t have.
